  • Strengthening Resilience

Although there is no one standard definition, resilience generally describes the capability of an individual, organisation or community to ‘bounce forward’ or ‘rebound’ from challenging life events such as persisting high levels of stress, critical incidents and natural disasters. David has developed a series of evidence informed resilience building training courses as outlined below. These multi-level courses are provided in two half-day or one full day formats, involve practical exercises and include extensive resource material. The training is suited to any workforce that is exposed to traumatic information (directly or indirectly) and/or is under constant stress.
